Welcome to Obscure, the only fanlisting for Occlumens listed at The Fanlistings Network. Occlumens are witches and wizards in the Harry Potter series who have mastered the skill Occlumency. Occlumency is the ability to build walls around you mind, not letting anyone or anything enter. Legilimency, Occlumency's counterpart, is the ability to enter someone's mind. In the books, we see Professor Severus Snape, a Legilimens and Occlumens, attemping to teach Harry Potter who to block his mind from Voldemort. So far, the only known Occlumens in the Harry Potter series are Albus Dumbledore, Severus Snape and Lord Voldemort - though Harry Potter has been taught the skill and is only barely able to employ it.
